Not just a day, a lifetime
Why should we choose you?
I love what I do.
You can build skills into people, but not love & passion, that’s something that comes from within. I also have the camera skills on top of my love and passion for my job, and I aim to create the best possible photographs I can for you. I want to be an integral part of your day. the happiest of your life, it's a responsibility I don't take lightly.
How do we book?
I ask for a 50% deposit to secure your day. This gets you officially in my calendar and you can cross off "photographer" from your wedding checklist.
The balance is paid prior to final delivery of the finished photos.
How do we recieve the photos, and how long after the wedding?
You will receive, within 2 days, a preview selection of 20 edited photographs. These will be sent to you via a link to a password protected private online gallery.
From there you can view, download, and share the images. The remainder of the images will be uploaded to your gallery within 21 days
Are you insured?
Yes I am fully covered for public liability globally. If your venue needs to see a copy of the insurance certificate, I can send this to them.
Do you have someone else to be a second photographer if we need one?
Yes.
On request I can give you a quote for a second photographer. The main benefit of having a second photographer during your ceremony is getting more photographs and different angles of the same moments! Having two photographers allows us to capture both of your faces during important moments like the vows.
What happens if you are unable to attend our wedding?
It hasn’t happened yet but it’s a good question.
In the unlikely event I cannot make it then I will without doubt do everything in my power to arrange a replacement photographer for you. I am part of a network of professional photographers who are on standby to help each other should the worst happen. If I am shooting with another photographer, the 2nd photographer would take the lead and I would look to arrange a backup 2nd shooter.
There wouldn’t be any further costs incurred by yourself and the photographer I arrange would be of similar style to that of mine.
What happens if your camera breaks?
I'm a greedy photographer!
I always use two cameras to shoot your wedding day, and I have a spare as back up. This also applies to my SD cards. Each camera has dual SD card slots, which back up all your photos as I shoot them, so if one SD card corrupts, the second will still have all your images. I also use other external back-up drives throughout the day. Redundancy is key!
What happens if we decide to cancel?
If you change the date and I am available for your new date, then there is no change to cost. There may be additional costs if the day of the week or venue changes.
If you cancel entirely then the amount returned depends on the length of notice given.
It’s best to pick up the phone and we can discuss the best way forward. I do have a cancellation policy in the contract which you will receive at time of booking. If you’d like to read a copy, just ask.
